Add some foliage to your home with Historic Huguenot Street’s “Grown Apart, Sown Together” seed starting kit! This kit provides the materials for your child to decorate their very own flower pot and grow their choice of flowers or herbs within it. Your kit will come with an information packet giving a brief history of your seed choice’s history and uses, as well as information on how to plant and care for your seeds as they germinate and grow into beautiful plants. Once it is safe to do so, Historic Huguenot Street will host an event during which you and your child, along with other project participants, may come together with Historic Huguenot Street staff and sow your plants into our garden, where they will continue to grow and flourish together.
The kit includes the following materials:
1x 4-inch terra cotta pot
4x cups of tempera paint (your choice of colors)
1x package of seeds (your choice)
1x pint of potting soil

Cilantro
Cosmos
Oregano
Please leave a note on your order specifying which seeds you would like in your kit and which four (4) colors of paint you would like. (You may choose to receive multiples of the same color.)
